Acknowledge contributions, try to predict stress and burnout.
Strive to regularly recognize the efforts of remote team members to make them feel valued and appreciated. Do your best to conduct regular check-ins to identify signs of stress or burnout, providing support as needed to maintain a healthy and motivated team.
