What a tense Scottish cup tie yesterday as we had 28 penalties all in with 14 takers from each team

We won 11-10 on penalties overall after a 2-2 draw in the match itself

2-0 up and doing well before Edin Utd came on strong. Boys are into the last 32. This team never give in!

People often talk about player development and winning as if they can’t go hand in hand. Something I think has held us back as a nation. You need a competitive drive and winning mentality and it’s a coaches job to improve his players while looking to achieve success

At Lochend 2009’s we like to focus on both development and winning and we’ve done so in both areas. With players now moving on to clubs such as Hibs , Hearts and Queens Park. While also in the last 2 seasons winning the Scottish Cup , our league , our Div 1 Cup and South east x2

Aaron played his last game for Lochend today and now signs for Queen’s Park in his next step of his journey

Aaron’s been absolutely outstanding for me since joining and we wish him all the best

What a week away with the team at the Foyle Cup 2024. The boys were excellent all week - topping our group with 3 wins from 3. We then progressed through both the last 16 and Quarter Final before unfortunately losing 3-2 in the Semi Final!

Its time to admit that this Euros has been awful.

"Superteams" can't score more than 1 goal to save their lives, own goals everywhere, penalties, 120 mins 0-0 and 1-1 draws, no superstar performances, top scorer has like 3 goals, awful team structures etc
