P3-7 and The Hidden Chimp. Habit 10 - doing what you have to do. This is a tricky regulation strategy as your chimp can be very strong-willed and likes to say no. The key is to remember how good it feels to complete a task or achieve a goal. @EmotionWorksCIC@LochsidePS
