@DandG_Support Can you cancel online as well as well? Dire customer service. Engineer attended two weeks after report, machine breaks down in a week after he’s left. 5 weeks without drying appliance in winter. Well done! Have you a contact at the ombudsman as you can’t escalate apparently.
