Following up on our earlier post, several shareholders have asked for additional context regarding this weekend's events in Washington, D.C.
Kultura Brands Chairman Scott Darnell will be attending UFC Freedom 250 and related events in Washington, D.C. as an invited guest hosted by Zuffa, TKO, and UFC.
These events bring together leaders from sports, entertainment, business, and government and provide valuable opportunities to strengthen relationships, advance strategic initiatives, and expand Kultura's network of partners.
Kultura Brands is also pleased to share that it is currently finalizing a strategic agreement with TKO, Zuffa, and UFC. Additional details will be provided at the appropriate time and in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements.
The Company remains focused on creating long term shareholder value while expanding opportunities for its portfolio of brands, including Adios and Thirst Responder.

4 months ago, many doubted the turnaround. Today, $LTNC has a corporate website, multiple beverage brands on retailer shelves, festival activations, expanding state distribution, & record sales growth. That’s what strong leadership & execution can accomplish in a short period of time.
