@TheAASUA has an important decision to make regarding ratification. @WestKelownian and the AASUA negotiation team worked incredibly hard to present the best possible deal for ratification. I support this ratification, and really hope that @uLethbridge takes note.
Instead of managing, controlling , and constraining faculty, academic leaders should be trusting, supporting, and empowering them. And then we should get out of the way!

@GinaSock@DrJayDrNo The students in my child's dorm were door knocked by someone representing U of L administration, blaming the strike on staff. These students don't believe it & are supporting their professors. Also, they just want to go to school 🥺
