My father passed away in January, I've been trying to pay off his truck since then. There are alot of nuances to the situation, I understand that, but holy hell man. They're making it exceptionally difficult for me to give them money.

@allyfinancial has got to have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The customer service agents are absolutely useless. They can't speak english well. They give you the run around, and they can't help with anything.
