A friend of mine suffered a family tragedy in PA on Monday, but she and her husband drove back to Ohio yesterday to cast their deciding votes on Issue 1 in Clark County.

The No side won that county by ONE VOTE.

Note: Whether you're for or against the idea of requiring 60% voter approval to amend Ohio's constitution, you should know the proposal must pass the House and Senate by 3/5 and doesn't need Gov. Mike DeWine's signature. But then voters must approve it by a simple majority.
