@BarackObama@JoeBiden One voice can change a room, and if one voice can change a room, then it can change a city, and if it can change a city, it can change a state, and if it change a state, it can change a nation & the whole world.
Your voice can change the world.
~ Barak Obama
If anyone had a right to question whether our democracy was worth redeeming, it was Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Because in the face of billy clubs and lynchings, poll taxes and literacy tests, he never gave in to violence, never waved a traitorous flag or gave up on our country.
Our administration literally left this White House a playbook that would have shown them how to respond before COVID-19 reached our shores. Joe and I revisited it recently. Take a look — and then vote for a leader who will get this virus under control.
@mishacollins So so so wrong. Our justice and incarceration systems need a serious overhaul. They aren’t effective. They cost us a lot. And they are privatized which has created an economy that doesn’t support real habilitation.

Censorship is wrong. Here's what he hid:

Don't skip over that middle part... Everything is up to you! So if you know that building a particular habit (positive) or routine (positive) is important you'll have to choose to make it happen. Every moment of everyday its up to you to mind your mind and press on! Get at it!
Folks have been asking me for tips on managing quarantine harmoniously with kids. I’m no expert, but I’ve found that this routine works well for me:
Wake up at 5:30 AM, never stop cleaning or moving until you fall asleep crying at 11.
Repeat infinity times.
Hope this helps!
BTW this whole "free time" thing during the pandemic is a LIE. Everyone I know is working harder to keep their gigs, teaching their kids with no spare time, and/or stressed out too much to enjoy anything because they're unemployed for no good reason. Don't believe the hype!
