@JeffLouer@AmericanAir How they don’t have a manual way to get us on the plane is crazy to me. I had been through security and everything. Original flight was delayed, eventually switched and confirmed on another. But couldn’t get on. There has to be an override option
Are you @AmericanAir aware of the check-in issue impacting many travelers at DFW causing us to lose our seats (in some cases to people on standby) since gate agents and people at the customer service desk can’t check us in? We have tickets. Please let us on the plane we paid for
