Using Log to track these moments has been eye-opening. It reminds me of the "count to 10" technique we learned as kids to manage emotions, but with deeper insights.
@lynvgarcia I agree! But it has been really hard to get this through my head without a coach helping me. Tracking and measuring experiences has really reduced the fear for me.
@DonHickmanLFG I am always afraid of the doom scroll. So I'm working to set aside time to use social media productively. Tracking my use has made a big difference.
@chris_waldron I agree. There's lots of data to back this up.
I feel like one of the most difficult thing with goals are measuring things and defining leading and lagging metrics. Hoping to improve that experience with Log.
@MikeSchiff_ Some times I don't realize how much I show up until I reflect and document it over time. There is lots of peace of mind in knowing that I making sincere efforts.
@ThePontusWallin I agree. What I find sobering is that while I only have 24 hours a day, I can only spend about 5 of those working deeply without sacrificing some of my time the following day.
