Inferences vs. Observations in chemistry today! Such an important skill in the lab to be able to distinguish between the two. Great job, chemistry team! @ennis_high
It's been a busy week & I caught myself feeling really overwhelmed this morning.
I have to remind myself to breathe & I'm not handling this alone. I gave my worries to God this morning & I'm starting to feel better. I'm working on the fully letting go part, not easy.
Save some energy for those at home. That means cuddling with my boy and watching cartoons after dinner. Thanks @CoachDKR for your talk today! #EnnisISD

A great piece by Sarah Said.
What she is suggesting isn't easy but it is worth it. And the activities she suggests for self reflection are powerful. I can't wait to try them.
