I mean, if there were a market for a podcast on a combo of pop culture, fasting/weightloss, cooking, eating, musical theatre, chess, and mens clothes? I'd KILL in that space.
I think the 3 girls at my dry cleaner know me better than anyone. A man's shirt stains reveal a lot. They notice small changes in routine. (You weren't here on your usual day this week?) They know about big life events. (Haven't cleaned this tux in a while!) It's actually nice.
Okay. Finished The Bear season 2. Honestly, I'm not sure I want them to make another season. Can we expect--do we DESERVE--a third perfect season of television in a row? I worry we'd only be disappointed . . .

That's day 5. Have some social obligations this weekend. Probably gonna cut it short in the morning at 5.5 days. Not bad for my first extended fast in a while, though!

@bobcaswell @ckeckholm Right on. I agree that exercise doesn't necessarily have much to do with it. Though I wouldn't say you can't leverage exercise in certain ways to help a little. I've been coming around lately, lol. A bit, at least.
