Nexstar Media Group, the parent company of @Fox5SanDiego, has completed their acquisition of KUSI-TV from the McKinnon Broadcasting Company.

Scott Heath will now be the VP & GM of both stations.

Heath says, "localism is a hallmark of everything we do here at Fox 5."
