@LulusWonderland A recent Sherlock story I enjoyed was the Voice of Treason on Audible. @DrewHayesNovels has a series with a wonderful modern take on Sherlock called 5-Minute Sherlock. However, Sherlock and the Cthulhu Casebooks by James Lovegrove I felt lacked the true heart of Sherlock.

1/2 Muppets Little Mermaid pitch, Miss Piggy as Ariel but she keeps breaking character and throwing tantrums. Pepe as Sebastien and Rizzo is a scuba diving Flounder. Kermit is Eric and Gonzo and Fozzie are just Kermit's friends and take the place of Max, Eric's dog.
