Performance metrics? Sod all.

Please be aware, this role has zero positive impact on patient care. In fact, it will negatively affect outcomes as it distracts the actual staff from doing their real medical work.

Jokes aside, we should scrap every single one of these diversity roles in the NHS and the wider public sector.
