Takes more than recruiting to run a defense. We need someone who will actually call a defense that contains on the outside.

How does a team that hasn’t won a top 10 game in the regular season keep getting ranked in the top 10? Boise state last year doesn’t count and Utah was a bowl game. Penn State hasn’t been as good as their ranking in a long time.
