That was such a great article and so kind of you to share such a personal account … I have been battling with this for a long time and while I start doing positive things to try and break the cycle, when there is a setback I seem to fall back into survival mode so easily and it is so hard to make progress again.

Just finished this movie … kind of on a recommendation from a moot … I really liked the way it challenged stereotypes … actually more like used them to punch you in the face.
