在和很多交易量过亿十亿的bd聊天下来，让我感触最大的三个特征
1.创造力，这些优秀bd的创造力或者说创意真的牛。在他们过往的经历中，他们总能随时随地找出一个最具有代表性的案例，来解决当前代理的困惑。天马行空的思维和离奇的角度能让代理产生：还能这样的错觉感？

目前绝大部分cex在招bd的时候没有详细的培训，只能让bd成为一个无情的电话和coldemail机器，新bd们不知道找谁，不知道怎么成交，甚至连自己cex的优势是什么都不知道，只能可怜兮兮的卷比例，求回复。

最好的办法就是你能找到同事成交掉最好的kol，观察kol的类型以及他们会遇到的痛点，以此为契机询问同事成交的细节。下次遇到相同类型的kol，你能随时说当年我也遇到这个kol，我是通过这样的方式解决的，达到了什么样的效果，这样一听，你的代理商就觉得你很有料，你们就能顺利聊下去了
拥有创造力就能让你从不同案例中找到最符合当前代理的情况，让你以讲故事的方式解决问题

2.倾听
这个老生常谈但确实蛮重要的，通过提问和倾听我们得到答案：我们的代理目标是什么，他想达到哪个目标？在这个目标他遇到了什么问题，什么原因导致他无法达到那里。
我们要做的就是找到自己的优势，帮助代理突破自己的现实障碍以及心里障碍，只有这样，我们才能具备与代理之间建立无与伦比的羁绊联系

3.毅力
在bd过程中，我们一定会遇到各种各样的拒绝，甚至在初期生涯，我在给代理商提建议的时候一样被拉黑臭骂，亦或者是跟了两三个月的kol最终选择另外一家，这种委屈不理解每个bd都经受过。

但这就是bd工作的一部分，无法割舍的一部分，我们必须有勇气去面对拒绝，并且把它抛掷脑后做个渣男渣女hh。可不能让这些情绪影响到我们的个人生活，整个人都变emo了。我们也更愿意和情绪稳定甚至快乐的人合作

总结一下，创造力，倾听以及毅力是走向优质bd不可或缺的一部分~失去了其中某一种能力，可能就会影响你在这个角色的成长，大家一起加油！
