@JioCare@reliancejio Reschedule after reschedule multiple times, still no resolution. Customer service representative doesn't help, service technician doesn't come, and now I can't even try calling the technician.

@JioCare I have been facing an internet outage on my JioFiber for the past 2 days due to a wire cut in my street and had raised a service request which the service engineer keeps rescheduling stating that the customer wanted to reschedule which I did not.
@JioCare I wanted a quicker resolution, but the engineer is claiming that I had requested to reschedule. He neither called me, nor visited my place before placing this request.

What is your fix for sudden green line without any physical damage on a phone that is out of warranty?
Replace the display with full cost borne by the customer?
My S21 5G got a green line and service center's reply is to replace display

@SamsungMobile@SamsungMobileUS@SamsungIndia I am completely disappointed with your solution and policy for the green line issue. When there is no fault from customer side, you should take the ownership and responsibility.
@OnePlus_IN does a better job at handling such issues.
