@nomad815 @Jelitics Yes, you should be able to get out of this. It seems the damage is not extensive yet. I lost $18k today trying to pay off my debt so it can get brutally bad. Like you, I'm poor and in debt, I have a much larger hole but we can get out of this.

@theswissenthu @hilbertspaess No, they need robotics so they have access to the physical world. Once they built enough and better robotics on improving and building themselves better than humans, that's when the decision will be made that humans will no longer be needed. Not before.

@ykantnilaread You are understanding this problem through the lens of a narrow AI. An AGI will not have anyone giving it commands - it will be doing the commanding. Ant intelligence cant control humans, no matter what system they set up, and the gap between AGI and humans will be even wider.
