Now without intimation a renewal fees has been added to my statement but I don’t wish to continue with the card and won’t pay the renewal fees. So please cancel the Credit card

@tata_neu @tata_neu I have shared the screenshot. The charges added are of renewal fees and not something I spent. I had cleared all dues in the past. Now I want to close the card but not able to do so because of this outstanding balance

I tried opening savings account with Indie app and amount of 50,000 Rs go debited but account was never opened and my money is now trapped with IndusInd bank. Please help in reversing the transaction and refund the amount
