I have spoken to multiple lawyers now, and they all say pretty much the same thing:

1) If you were displaced, you are in the best position to file a claim, and should pursue it.

2) If you are applying and getting ghosted, keep records. From that, a case may be built.

3) We need a dedicated group to apply to the same companies. The jobs can be in your home town, or remote.

With the permission of these lawyers, I will put together a referral list.

I will generate a "hotlist" of companies, with contact info from the LCA Data.
