Since the TfL cyber attack on 1st September many contactless & Oyster services are unavailable; with no way to get receipts for journeys.
You can reduce the risk of cyber attack but never eliminate it.
So ensure you have a clear Business Continuity Plan.

@DBCargoUK @RoyalMail As well as politicians & policymakers discussions need to include commercial operators of fleets. Our profession needs to be working towards net zero with all sectors sharing the burden.
There is not a blanket “Freight belongs on rail”. We need the best mode for all freight.
