Longer lorries are now allowed on Britain's roads to enable more goods to be carried on fewer journeys.

Chris Yarsley from Logistics UK says longer lorries are safe and only to be used on "roads where cyclists and pedestrians are unlikely to be found".

Logistics UK tackles The Great Tommy Sleep Out for @RBLI in ten days time!

We are swapping our beds for a sleeping bag to raise vital funds and awareness for over 6000 veterans that are experiencing homeless in the UK right now.
