This is the real work of the honorable Council on this earth, namely the UN. One of the biggest crimes and violations of human rights on earth that has been committed by an international institution is the UN, where it sold West Papua to Indonesia and then allowed the West Papuan people to be massacred from 1962 until now and are now almost extinct. The UN protested against Russia for invading Ukraine and committing human rights violations, but it itself was not aware that the UN itself had committed serious human rights violations in Papua. I hope and call on the International Court of Justice to arrest the UN Secretary General because of his institution's actions.

18 October 2023 IPWP : ---------------------------- Will welcome the MSG Communiqué at the 22nd MSG Summit, dated 23-24 August 2023 regarding:

1. Urge INDONESIA to open access for the High Commissioner of the UN Human Rights Council to West Papua. 2. MSG Supports the 2019 PIF Resolution regarding the Visit of the High Commissioner of the UN Human Rights Council to West Papua to investigate alleged past and present human rights violations.

To the Dear ULMWP Provisional Government in 7 Regions and the Committee for carrying out general consolidation and mobilization in order to fully support the IPWP meeting on 18 October 2023 and welcome the 22nd MSG Communiqué on West Papua.

Therefore, the Peaceful Demonstration Supporting IPWP and Welcoming the 22nd MSG Communiqué will be held on 17 October 2023 throughout the territory of West Papua.
