On 13 October 2025,
I applied for the @AirtelNigeria Airtel 5G ODU at Benin branch.
They said I couldn't register more SIM because I had exhausted my limit.
They tried to use my mother's details, but it failed because the Airtel staff didn't know he couldn't register her outside the office as at then. I brought my wife to the office, one of the Airtel desk staff was not cooperating as she was very unconcerned and couldn't complete the registration.
I asked for a refund so I can apply afresh, it's being over 7months, they didn't refund me, saying my money and details are missing, at first they said I have been refunded from their system but when I confronted them by constantly burning expensive PMS to their office, they agreed I haven't been refunded and they couldn't do anything about it.
I humbly asked for a refund or even give me the device with some compensation for the long duration of deservice.

We own a pharmacy and I always tell our staffs (Pharm Techs) "Learn to smile to customers, you never know which of them is your helper" and it worked for a staff
