Translated letter of intent by Minister Goldknpf re UNRWA:

Subject: Eviction of UNRWA from Lands Owned by the Israel Land Authority

I am writing to you in my capacity as the Chairman of the 'Israel Land Council' regarding the lands owned by the Authority that are being used by UNRWA. This dangerous organization, which serves Hamas and even took part in the brutal massacre on October 7, has, according to accumulating evidence, been supporting, assisting, and educating towards harming Israel for years. It has even allowed its facilities to be used for telecommunications connections in the hellish tunnels of Gaza, all the while utilizing the state's land resources, against which it acts with full force.

I request the immediate cessation of all engagements of the Israel Land Authority with the criminal organization UNRWA and their eviction from the leased areas and all other areas they use within the State of Israel.

I urgently request a detailed account of all allocations and leases made for the benefit of the organization or its representatives on the Authority's lands, including the end dates of these engagements, both in the Ma'alot Dafna neighborhood in Jerusalem (blocks 31331, 31405, 30097) and in Kfar Yaakov (block 29511), as well as any existing agreements with them.
