Your @Uber meets with an accident, you cancel the cab to book another one. @Uber charges you a cancellation fee that they later promise to refund as credits on next booking. But you get billed the full amount anyway. Such a marvelous scheme to dupe customers. Bravo @UberINSupport

To add salt to wounds, @zomatoin has hired bots to service customers.
1. They cannot step beyond set response templates, even on call, let alone chat.
2. They have no idea of the issue, totally lost.
3. No Empathy. But that's my fault, I guess it's too much to ask.

So @zomato and @SweetTruthIndia have started a new ponzy scheme lately. This has happened with us twice in a relatively short time.

We order 6 pc desserts from them (2 x pack of 2 cheesecakes, and a pack of 2 red velvet pastries).

and delivery charges for the missing items.

If I place an order for the same combo again, they charge the same 70 rupees for delivery and 20 rupees as taxes. Do we see a pattern here?

It's a shame that @zomatoin and @faasos chose to cheat their customers like this.

Dear @CPDelhi sir, we are essential service provider in Delhi NCR. Trying to apply Movement Pass on @DelhiPolice website but link is not working. Is there an alternative way to obtain curfew pass for essential service provider (food for pet animals)?

We have raised several complaints in the past of public cleaning not being done timely. The local supervisor insists we escalate issues to him, but never actions them in time. Even after repeated reminders, cleaning is not done timely in Sector 63. @noida_authority @CeoNoida

प्रशासन के सफाई कर्मचारियों के ठेकेदार राजीव पावर जी को मैंने शनिवार 24/10 को फोन किया था 4 बार और इन्होंने कहा था कि ये सफाई करवाएंगे। आज बुधवार 28/10 सब कुछ वैसा ही है। और बहुत समय तक इनको फोन करके बोलने के बाद भी ये कभी नहीं सफाई करवाते।

@noida_authority @CeoNoida E Block,Sector 63 में @reliancejio ने हमारी प्रॉपर्टी के सामने मिट्टी मलबा जमा कर दिया है. इनके कर्मचारियों से अनेक निवेदन के बाबजूद यह पिछले सप्ताह से नहीं हटा. इससे आसपास के सभी लोगों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है. कृपया इसे हटवाने का कष्ट करें.
