@paulthomson2050 Most importantly don't force yourself to sit when it's paining, just stand up and walk for a while. Secondly If you can do targeted exercises for coccydynia (google it)
@nekotsunee Oh I can understand that's very hard, I hope you are able to manage your day to day life along with taking proper care for recovery. Ik it's very fraustating I have personally seen more than 15 docs throughout a year of my injury and I'm still hopeless.
@paulthomson2050 How long have you been feeling that way? I am having tailbone pain since a year all beacuse I neglected proper care during initial phase when there was time to get recovered quickly.
@CarnivoreKing88 So real, I am going through the same and now heels pain so much.. cant sit, can stand.. what's next can't sleep? guss we will have to float mid air.
@PEGmacrogol Only poor and underprivileged thinks of sending their loving kid and pride to Anganwadi, & No poor UC family thinks of such things when sending their kids to Anganwadi is their last resort, ones who can afford pvt schooling won't make such comments. Correct me if wrong!
