I made a video asking "why was riggy shot at?" and all my comments were saying it was definitely the police.

I just think its unrealistic that the police would start shooting at someone for something as minor as graffiti, shooting should be the LAST resort in a LIFE OR DEATH situation. Especially if the other person isn't posing a threat, then you're just shooting because you think you can get away with it and are going on a dangerous power trip. If that's the case, you shouldn't be allowed near a weapon and you should be put in prison.
