We are struggling with the meter upgrade. When I check if the meter has been upgraded it gives a 1.2 on the screen and the vendors do not have the codes to upgrade.
@Eskom_SA Hi, the meter shows 1.2 but when I buy electricity the slip displays KRN: 2. There are no upgrade tokens on the slip.
Where do I get the tokens from?
@FNBSA my bank statements do not have the electronic stamp, itโs been months now raising this issue and I am told I get charged a fee for each statement to be sent to me via email. How am I charged extra for a service you are failing to provide?
@FNBSA why is it so difficult to get bank verified statements from my App? Instead I am being sent around between departments and no one is assisting me.
