Water companies treat our blue spaces like an open sewer. Meanwhile government & regulators continue to turn a blind eye. This needs to stop. If you're like me and want to take action to stop sewage pollution in UK rivers & beaches, can you add your name? https://t.co/xpgGTAjNN6
Such a fun day watching the @rydercup with my parents! I used to come back from school, uni, London to watch it with them, and they came to me today 🥰 Europe won & mum made a roast! Happy days 💛💙
Every day I am stopped repeatedly in the street, in cafes or on the tube by people who say (often tearfully)
“Keep going. We are behind you. You speak for the silent majority.”
Today I asked myself for the first time ever.
What is the point in speaking for a silent majority?
Hey guys, I’m choosing to share this in case it helps you or your loved ones at some point. Last week I had appendicitis! I thought it was IBS, but when the pain didn’t subside after 18 hrs, I thought to check the symptoms for it after seeing @gregjames talking about it 🙏

The other big sign is that the pain starts in the middle of your stomach and then eventually moves to the lower right. I caught it early enough to get to A & E and have my appendix out before it burst, I’m in recovery now and all is healing as it should. Take care! X
I had always imagined the pain was more chronic than it was with appendicitis, so it hadn’t even entered my mind that’s what it could be. But, when you look it up online on the @NHSEngland website it states the pain can be similar to IBS or even menstrual cramps.
