@Bandield breeched the wellness plan contract. I want it canceled NOW, not September’23! Houston Heights location can’t seem to tell the truth. I want to be in appts again. No dropoffs for my girl.

@Banfield @LastWordWilliam I have an issue with this, also. I got no notice of auto renewal in September, but haven’t been in since. I want to cancel, but have to wait 9-1/2 months?!?! But @Banfield breeched the contract! If I can’t be in appts w my dog, then I want it canceled NOW.

@KellieActon @Banfield My location just told me that it’s “corporate policy” that we can ONLY drop off— STILL! No in person appointments allowed. Why? Covid is over. Even China is opening international travel. Idiots.

@blacModerate @GadSaad Yep. It’s why I poop more rt before & on my period. Think all is done. Insert tampon; 2mins later, gotta poop and now I’ve pushed the tampon down &out of place. No fake woman will ever understand that type of annoyance. Bc pulling out an unsaturated tampon scrapes. Uncomfortable

@Banfield my Heights Houston location is telling me that “Corporate Policy” won’t allow me to be in room for pet appts. WHY??? Seems they want to avoid interaction with pet parents. If I can’t go back to original plan benefits, I want to cancel NOW, not September’23
