One of my favorite themes from last night’s final was the emotion shown between family members. You could tell most of these families had shared dreams. & they cared deeply about how important it was to their wrestlers. Siblings embracing in tears sent me. Amazing job parents 🫡
I was going back between PA States, Big 10s & 12s and now I’m back at Women’s NCAAs and oh my word if you’re not watching you’re missing some AWESOME matches. ELECTRIC. And the production has been top notch (clearly biased here, but well done, @espn !)
Over 37 years of dedicated service to USA Wrestling. Congratulations to longtime Director of Communications Gary Abbott on a well deserved retirement. 👏

Within 2 minutes of the Bills losing I got called to one of my kid’s bedrooms to clean up vomit. Likely more kids to follow, I’m sure. How the rest of you doing in Buffalo? 😭
