@careerconversa1 I actually find it easier to concentrate during Zoom presentations than in-person ones. Also find it less daunting to present, interact and ask questions in virtual platforms. I'd be quite happy if work-related meetings remained remote after the pandemic...

@Migueltweetit @AcademicChatter I'd also recommend a project management tool like Trello boards (using kan ban style boards with "Backlog / To do / In progress / Done"), then you can assign time boxes to each project/card and track your progress using Pomodoros as suggested by other people :) Worked for me!

@AcademicChatter The times when you think you have the least time to look after yourself (due to deadlines / external pressure) are often when you needed it the most. You need to work at a pace u can keep for many years. Slow down: do go for that walk, take weekends off, spend time with friends.
