@mjgilbert1986 @AliceLankester @Gareth_Roberts_ What you don't get is that the proceeds from the private flats will cross subsidise the development for greater public benefit (gardens, events space, playground etc.) and not developer profit.
And over 40% affordable housing ain't half bad. A fantastic achievement.
@CentreRightRich @LBRUT The Trust and those like you who opposed the CPO have added millions of pounds to this project by delaying its implementation. What audacity you have!
@TwickenhamNub This is fantastic news for Twickenham residents. Well done to Gareth Roberts and his Councillors who backed an excellent competition and stuck to their guns, the first rate work by Council officers, and the dedicated support of those who stood up to the entitled few.
@RHP_UK Yes - how about sending a clued up representative to view the poor and incomplete workmanship on the property I have been communicating with you about on behalf of one of your tenants to no avail for over two years. Let's see some real changes in 2023. You have my contact details
@TwickenhamNub When will the TRT actually show us their scheme which they claim is better than the Hopkins scheme?
All they do is criticise using a great deal of misinformation! They do not represent the majority of Twickenham residents which should be their remit. They will not win.
@CentreRightRich @LBRUT This pre-determination has taken 5 years of stakeholder consultation, a rigorous brief and competition as requested by the majority of residents. You should respect this democratic process and outcome.
