Very proud day for our Amputee team! Today they represented the club incredibly in the eafa_ampfooty League Cup and came away with a trophy. Helder and Tony did… https://t.co/pnB0tkjug8

Either @demickeyz was working extra hard in training yesterday @AFCCommunity, or he forgot his umbrella. Either way, shower time, big man.

I started watching a @LondonAmps training session once. Slightly patronising, with a closed mind. Having watched less then 10 mins I was in awe, fantastic sportsmen in their own rights, such a high skill level and pace and power I could only wish for. #motivation #inspiration

Great to have you on board, @peterjmonk!

Strong start to the season with our home fixture @AFCCommunity. Beat Brighton 1-0 and Peterborough 6-0. Loving that goal difference already!

[michael ishiguzo @demickeyz]

The type of movement, ball possession the #Arsenal first team would have been proud of. That finish though, we will work on it! 😂🤣

Ooh. Who's that at the top of the goals table? @pound4poundbes1 https://t.co/ZAzmm4bIiK
