We are currently experiencing service

Service update: Due to an issue with our internet provider, the counter at Greville St is currently closed. We are able to accept packets for laser marking from Greville St customers at Goldsmiths’ Hall. We are working hard to resolve the issue and apologise for any inconvenience

Tomorrow (Wednesday 28 February) we will begin posting out completed packets, and will be open to accept new packets at the Greville Street and Goldsmiths' Hall counters for next day and standard hall services. 1/7
We are still working to resolve some issues with our IT systems, and at this time, we cannot provide updates about specific packets. All packets in our possession remain safe and secure. 6/7
