I’m delivering an additional £10m in funding to put our city on a pathway to ending rough sleeping in London for good by 2030.
This biggest-ever investment from City Hall will support more Londoners to build their lives away from the streets. #Marr#LBC
Today I’ve announced an additional £10m in funding to tackle rough sleeping and help more Londoners rebuild their lives away from the streets. In Lewisham, I saw first-hand the important work being done by our charity partner St Mungo’s.
I’m committed to putting London on a pathway to ending rough sleeping for good by 2030.
That is why I’m delivering an additional £10m in funding—the biggest ever single investment—to help more Londoners build their lives away from the streets.
Tackling the rough sleeping crisis won’t be easy, but it’s our mission to end it by 2030.
This week I announced an additional £10m in funding to help more Londoners build their lives away from the streets.

It’s great news that Beam, the world’s first crowdfunding platform for homeless people, has helped 1,000 Londoners out of homelessness and into stable jobs and homes.
I provided them with start-up funding through my Rough Sleeping Innovation Fund and was proud to meet their founders and beneficiaries this week.

Beam has supported 𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎 Londoners out of homelessness and into stable homes and jobs!
@MayorofLondon, Sadiq Khan, was one of our first backers when Beam launched in 2017.
As we cross this huge milestone we took some of our members to meet him at City Hall.

Homelessness charities are lifelines for those sleeping rough and do incredible work in supporting people on their journey out of homelessness.
This winter, we're working with @MHCLG to ensure @Crisis_UK & @StMungos have the funding needed to extend their life-changing support.
