Have attemped to alert the top management of @airfrance with regards to my pending compensation request including @fapelous. No reaction. They're so pleased with premium clients spending in La Premiere but so poor to deal with them when issues occur. @Flight_Refunds Unbelievable

Despite admitting they wouldn't cancel any flight publicly in the press. EU regulation does apply if the airline could remedy despite strikes

Claims have to filed with the authority of the airport of departures regardless of residence - so now we understand that as per EU rules, cost could be double for the airline if incidents were to be reported to national aviation authorities. @airfrance@lufthansa@Flight_Refunds
