@MartinSLewis Regarding the O2 price hike... My O2 contract is "linked" to my Virgin Media contact and I get the Volt "bonus". If I leave O2 due to the price hike I will loose the Volt bonus. Is there anything I can do about this? #martinlewis

@clumsyoaf33 You do have to cover the return delivery, if they don’t offer free returns, but you don’t have to use their preferred delivery service. You are also entitled to a full cash refund and do not have to accept a credit note. All covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

@clumsyoaf33 They cannot charge you a return ‘fee’ providing you inform them within the 14 day ‘cooling off’ period which starts from the day you receive your goods. You are also entitled to a refund of any standard delivery charges paid if you are returning a complete order. 1/2

@JoHartley78 Glad it's not just me having "issues". Purchased mine and my son's seats today. Payment on my bank shows the correct amount. When I look in my purchase history, it only shows my seat, only shows the cost for my seat but if I download the PDF order summary it shows both seats!!!
