Short, medium & long range forecasts for southern England. No hype, no like/rt bait. Snow watch Nov➡March, weather all year round. I'm the sensible one
what about u crazy ones that want some heat?
Nothing definitive, but
With legacy of ssw fading, gentle final warming & other bkgrnd signals, we shud see n'rn blocking fading from ~mid May
So if we're to see sustained build of heat from south, late May would be earliest chance
Good to see plenty of storms and much needed rain today. I clocked a whopping 26.4mm back home
Had some heavy showers and storms today in Brussels too. And Saturday storms were incredible over there
Back in London now, with blue sky and tube strikes 😂
Tomorrow sees patchy light rain moving east & se across southern England
There's no instability modelled so no storms are expected
Instability will be across benelux etc
And guess who's going to be in belgium tomorrow eve hoping the same front triggers some storms
Some people are expecting storms from the heavier showers further south
But there's no instability across those southern coastal counties
The instability is further north as shown on image 2 where only light showers are present
So no storms expected
