Hey @British_Airways bought a ticket 2wks ago with the promise it would be flexible. Need to change it ASAP but the change costs the same as the original flight. Are you for real?!

@British_Airways And ‘as previously mentioned’ they haven’t a clue why BA wants to charge me a whole new ticket! Also as previously mentioned the only difference is 5 days. And as previously mentioned your fares are misleading. London enters tier 3 on Wednesday and thanks to BA I may not be home

@British_Airways Your ‘Flexible ticket’ policy is a joke, but also very misleading to the customer. The price to change a ticket bought under the premise under ‘flexibility’ is the price of a whole new ticket! Misleading customers like this is unacceptable. #misleadingcustomers #misleading

@BodegaAurrera @BodegaAurrera so, seems I can’t shop in Lazaro Cardenas with my 1yo. 5 kids left outside by THEMSELVES! The store guard couldn’t be more rude ‘it’s a rule from the council’ however Benito Juarez council seems to disagree.
