@ConsoomerLs Only if they can reciprocate the flexibility they demanded from you. If you stay late one day, there should be room to start later on another day. If they dig in their heels and say 'we ALL start promptly at 8.15am and do 5 days a week', you're going to get screwed over.

My dad takes a similar hormone to slow down his prostate and bone cancer to extend his life. One of the side effects has been a periodic abdominal cramping. I didn't hear him claiming to be on his period, nor did he feel like he was now more womanly. He still calls himself Dad.
