Why does Thanos’ Black Order only have four members when the comics had five?

When Thanos arrives in Infinity War, his Black Order looks complete: Ebony Maw, Corvus Glaive, Proxima Midnight, and Cull Obsidian.

But one member is missing.

In the comics, the fifth member is Supergiant, a terrifying telepath who could invade people’s minds and manipulate them from within. She wasn’t just another fighter, Her abilities made her one of Thanos’ most dangerous servants because she could turn powerful heroes against each other without throwing a single punch.

So why was she left out?

The likely reason is that Infinity War was already packed with characters and storylines. Thanos, the Black Order, the Guardians, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, Black Panther, and the Avengers were all competing for screen time.

Instead of adding another villain, Marvel gave Ebony Maw the manipulator role.

So no, Supergiant wasn’t secretly hiding somewhere in the MCU.

She was most likely cut because four villains were enough to tell the story.

Why did Iron Man never use vibranium to build his armor?

Tony Stark was a billionaire with access to some of the most advanced technology on Earth. So why not buy vibranium from Wakanda and make his suits nearly indestructible?

The problem was never money. Vibranium wasn’t commercially available. Wakanda protected its supply for generations, and Tony couldn’t simply place an order for it.

After Ultron, Wakanda also had plenty of reason to be cautious about outsiders accessing its technology.

But Tony didn’t necessarily need vibranium.

His suits were built around adaptability. The Mark 50 could reshape itself, create weapons instantly, and repair damage using nanotechnology.

Vibranium could make his armor tougher, but Tony built his suits to adapt.

The real obstacle wasn’t money, it was Wakanda’s trust.

How can Vision and Ultron feel pain when they’re literally robots without human anatomy?

When Wanda attacks Ultron, he screams in agony. Later, she does the same to Vision, and he reacts like he’s experiencing genuine physical pain.

But neither of them is just a machine.

Ultron and Vision are artificial intelligences with consciousness, emotions, and independent thoughts. Wanda isn’t simply damaging their metal bodies. Her powers can interact with minds and consciousness, meaning she can attack the very thing that makes them who they are.

Vision is even more complicated because his synthetic body, vibranium, and the Mind Stone allow him to process sensations in ways beyond a normal machine.

They may not have human pain receptors, but they can still experience something that functions as pain.

Where did the U.S. military get the vibranium used to make Captain America’s original shield?

Vibranium is incredibly rare, and Wakanda spent generations keeping it hidden. So how did Howard Stark get enough of it during World War II?

In the MCU, Howard tells Steve that the metal used for his shield is the entire U.S. supply of vibranium, suggesting America had almost none.

But What If…? gives us an interesting clue. In that timeline, King T’Chaka secretly provides Howard Stark with vibranium, showing Wakanda could share small amounts with trusted allies.

The comics go even further, connecting Captain America with Wakanda during World War II.

So Steve’s shield may have had a secret Wakandan connection all along.

Did you notice what happens when Captain Marvel grabs Thanos’ gauntlet in Avengers: Endgame?

She crashes into him like a meteor and holds him back, but something interesting happens. The Infinity Stones stop glowing while she’s fighting him.

Some fans believe Captain Marvel was absorbing or disrupting the Stones’ energy, which could explain why Thanos suddenly struggled to overpower her.

Then Thanos pulled the Power Stone directly from the Gauntlet and blasted her with it.

That moment may have been more important than it looked.

Doctor Strange had already shown Tony the one possible future where they win. But watching Thanos remove a Stone individually gave Tony the opening he needed.

Tony didn’t need the entire Gauntlet, He just needed the Stones and with his nanotech, he took them.
