Proud to announce that my and @MarshaBlackburn’s Romance Scam Prevention Act just PASSED the Senate! This bill requires dating apps to notify users if someone messaging them is suspected of scamming others.

As Chairman of the @SenateAging Committee, I’ve heard so many heartbreaking stories of romance scams exploiting our seniors, taking their savings and leaving them feeling emotionally broken. This bill is a great step toward stopping scammers from exploiting innocent Americans. I look forward to @POTUS signing it into law ASAP!
