Sometimes your setup will form every single day of the week.
Sometimes it will only show up 3 days out of the week.
Sometimes out of the week, there will only be one clean day.
And sometimes… you won’t see a single trade setup for the entire week.
This is trading.
Pay attention to this statement...
If you are forcing the market to deliver for you in high quality, high yield in the first few weeks and days of the year, you are doing it wrong.
Deep pockets move in slowly and we look for their signatures in price... without any sense of urgency, rush or fear of missing any move.
Slow down... the edge begins with patience.
Throughout my 9 year trading journey, I’ve gone through rough patches where it’s market induced. Usually it’s once or twice a year where for like 2-3 weeks, nothing seems to work.
Overtime, I’ve learnt to understand each of these conditions and adapted pretty well adjusting my strategy to reflect it. I believe if you’re not constantly evolving as a trader, you’re almost bound to get swallowed up by the markets.
Had a decent week last week, this is a new week to reflect if we’re starting to make progress back to usual performance. This is mainly for others going through a similar block or have dealt with this before. You’ll be fine lol. Your job is to figure out the solution. You are a problem solver first, that’s what makes you a good trader. Figure shit out. You’ll be fine.

@MyFundedFutures Got funded for the 4th time without any payout and had a loosing streak and i had 800 dd left and i was in a trade with 200$ risk and a drake candle came without any news and my SL did not triggered until it got blown out.
@oaict @InnerDiscipline Because its first fvg after the liquidity hunt in reversal. If the bullish bias is strong then it will act as breakaway gap. It should not fill it.
I failed to become profitable for 3 years.
Not because i didn’t try, but because i followed bad advice.
Here are the main lies that keep most traders stuck:
