This cold weather calls for some Marmalade. Today we are making one of our favourite Ipa’s. Lady Marmalade. A citrusy 6.5% 46ibu malty Ipa with my daughter’s bitter Kumquat marmalade.

This fine Ipa is in the Mash Tun today. 6string harp, made famous by Tommy who used to work on the docks. 1 hop for each string. Southern Star, Amarillo, El Dorado, Mosaic, Sabro and Southern Sublime.

It's the time of year in the deep south of Cape Town when days get warm and the sea is cold and the Noordhoek fog rolls in.
A Hazy Ipa with a lot of tropical notes, 50Ibus at 6.4%.

My New year’s resolution was to make more Resolution IPA, so here goes. Nice big fat juicy, bitter IPA. 80ibu 6.8%abv. Hopped every 5 minutes in the boil. Cascade, southern Hospitality, citra, Idaho7, lupomax mosaic and Galena.
