@uBF2fV1cVQxRjQo claims a man brought his dog inside after spotting the craft, which then closed to about 20 metres in an apparent abduction attempt before he escaped indoors.

The camera shows a brief sunlit balcony view of the man and dog, then shifts under an overhead structure as a dark disc approaches and displays its patterned underside against the bright sky before moving away.

This does not establish an abduction attempt; the strongest conventional reading is a drone, model or digital construct.

Watch the circular pattern on the underside stay legible as it draws nearer beneath the beams.

Video is a 27 seconds, low resolution vertical clip, X copy with no timestamp or ground scale. The patterned underside is the clearest visual lock.

The man spotted a UFO, sensed danger, and brought his dog inside. The UFO then approached him to within 20 meters and attempted to abduct him, but the man escaped into the room and survived. The way the UFO approached him clearly indicates that its purpose was abduction.

What I can tell you is that most people this happens to don't speak up and I can also tell you that when people accused of the actions that Kelly is highlighting feel some level of guilt or are concerned for their character they tend not to address it and then proceed to create just the worst excuses for not addressing it. I was drugged, along with another woman, the day after the first Sol conference at the hotel where are all the speakers were staying. Big names—names you know—convinced us not to file a police report because we were told that this was a military abduction conducted by John Alexander and that it was being handled directly by the DoD.

I was told that Garry Nolan had been alerted to this situation at the time. He canceled a scheduled interview with us (we were filming our docuseries), and otherwise made no attempts to reach out. I want to know if he was aware. His silence on this is disturbing.

MILAB is the acronym for Military Abduction.
